Different programs have different rules
Traveler referral rewards, complimentary travel rewards, hotel vouchers, partner promotions, and business-opportunity programs are separate. The offer message or certificate identifies the applicable program, eligibility, reward, activation window, and provider. A consumer reward is not an earnings claim or promise of business income.
Activation and redemption
Unless the issued reward states otherwise, activation is required within 30 days of issuance. After activation, the provider may allow up to 24 months to travel or redeem, subject to the specific certificate. Missing an activation or redemption deadline may cause the reward to expire.
Availability, fees, and restrictions
Rewards are subject to destination and inventory availability, blackout or restricted dates, minimum stays, traveler eligibility, reservation deadlines, and provider rules. Taxes, resort or destination fees, transportation, upgrades, deposits, and other charges may not be included. Review the complete offer before making nonrefundable travel arrangements.
Independent fulfillment
A reward may be issued, booked, charged, fulfilled, changed, cancelled, or supported by an independent provider. That provider’s terms and support process control the redemption. Deezy Travel cannot guarantee inventory, waive provider restrictions, or promise a replacement, although Lanndhese can help identify the correct support path.
No cash value or transfer unless stated
A reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, combined, transferred, or replaced unless its written terms expressly allow it. Suspected fraud, resale, manipulation, or ineligible use may result in cancellation.
Final offer controls
If these general terms conflict with the specific certificate or provider terms supplied with a reward, the more specific written terms control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
