Deezy Travel’s role
Deezy Travel is an Oregon-registered assumed business name owned and operated by Lanndhese Talice. Lanndhese is an independent travel advisor affiliated with InteleTravel. Deezy Travel researches, compares, communicates, and helps arrange travel offered by independent suppliers. Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transfer companies, insurers, and other suppliers control their own inventory, operations, safety, schedules, policies, and fulfillment.
Quotes, availability, and confirmation
A quote is a live snapshot—not a hold or reservation. Prices, taxes, fees, exchange rates, promotions, room or cabin categories, schedules, and availability may change until payment is accepted and the supplier issues a confirmation. Property identities, important restrictions, the final total, and applicable supplier terms will be disclosed before you authorize booking.
Included research and quote revisions
Your first personalized quote, the research supporting it, and one reasonable round of requested revisions are included at no separate charge. Additional revision rounds, a major change in destination or trip scope, or a new search after the original request may require a research or consulting fee. The scope, amount, when the fee is earned, whether it is refundable, and whether any part is credited to a later booking will be disclosed and accepted in writing before additional paid work begins.
Traveler review and accurate information
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, airports, destinations, room or cabin type, traveler ages, contact details, inclusions, exclusions, and the final price before authorizing payment. Names must match the identification used for travel. Tell Deezy Travel promptly about any error; correction costs and availability are controlled by the supplier.
Payments and fees
Payments are made through an approved supplier or secure payment process. Do not send card details through the public site, chatbot, text, or ordinary email. Supplier deposits, payment schedules, nonrefundable amounts, and any advisor research or service fee will be disclosed before they are charged. The written fee notice will explain how the fee relates to the quoted travel service and which payment processor will appear on the receipt.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Supplier change, cancellation, no-show, and refund rules apply to the services they provide. Some fares and deposits are restricted or nonrefundable. Deezy Travel will help communicate with the supplier for advisor-managed bookings, but cannot guarantee an exception, credit, refund amount, or processing time. Applicable consumer rights—including airline refund rights—are not waived by these terms. A U.S. airline’s 24-hour reservation rule may not apply in the same way to every third-party travel-agent or online-agency transaction, so confirm the written terms before paying.
Travel protection
Travel protection is strongly encouraged because plans, health, weather, supplier operations, and other circumstances can change. Coverage, exclusions, covered reasons, deadlines, and claim decisions are controlled by the policy provider. Deezy Travel does not decide claims. If you decline offered protection, Deezy Travel may ask you to confirm that decision in writing.
Documents, entry rules, and health requirements
Travelers are responsible for valid passports and identification, visas and entry authorizations, consent documents for minors, vaccination or health requirements, customs rules, and checking current government advisories. Requirements can change and may depend on citizenship, residence, transit points, age, and itinerary. Deezy Travel can point you to official resources but does not issue documents or decide admissibility.
Schedule changes and events outside control
Suppliers may change schedules, equipment, ports, properties, activities, or routes. Weather, strikes, government action, public-health events, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, and other events outside Deezy Travel’s reasonable control may disrupt travel. Available remedies are determined by applicable law, supplier terms, and any valid protection coverage.
Self-booked and linked services
If you book directly through an external link, the third party is responsible for checkout, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellation, support, and fulfillment. Deezy Travel may earn a commission from an eligible link, but the reservation is not advisor-managed unless Lanndhese separately agrees in writing to provide that service.
Authorization
Before booking, the lead traveler must have authority to provide the group’s information and approve the selected services for the travelers represented. Written approval, payment authorization, and the supplier confirmation together establish the booked arrangement.
