Our approach
The site is designed with readable contrast, visible focus states, structured headings, labeled form fields, keyboard access, alternative text for meaningful images, clear error and success messages, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens and zoom. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time claim.
Need another format or help completing a form?
If a page, form, document, or third-party link is difficult to use, contact Lanndhese. Deezy Travel can discuss an alternative such as email, phone, a guided form conversation, or a more accessible document when reasonably available.
Travel accessibility needs
You may share mobility, sensory, dietary, communication, service-animal, or other access needs that are relevant to planning. Share only what is necessary. Deezy Travel will use the information to research suitable options and communicate requests, but suppliers control availability, equipment, facilities, and final accommodation decisions.
Third-party services
Deezy Travel cannot control the accessibility of supplier, payment, social, or booking websites. If an external service creates a barrier, tell us which page or task was affected so we can help identify an alternative or contact path when possible.
Feedback
To report an accessibility issue, include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you encountered, and your preferred way to receive a response. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
