Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Deezy Travel’s website, quote and interest forms, contact requests, travel-story submissions, rewards pages, chatbot handoffs, and related communications. Third-party booking, payment, social, and supplier sites have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email address, and—when you choose to provide it—phone number and contact preferences.
• Travel-planning information: destination, dates, airports, party size and ages, budget, room and flight preferences, accessibility or dietary needs you voluntarily share, and trip priorities.
• Form and communication content: questions, messages, discovery-call notes or transcripts you authorize, travel stories, permissions, and files you intentionally provide through an approved workflow.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, referral, security, and usage information created when the site is accessed. Optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after you accept analytics.

Optional analytics and cookies

With your permission, the public website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page popularity, and basic device and browser information. Google processes this information to provide reports. The analytics integration does not send form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, chatbot messages, or private quote contents. Page addresses exclude query strings and fragments; referral information is limited to recognized search and social websites. Automatic form and outbound-link tracking, Google signals, and advertising personalization are disabled.

You can accept or decline analytics and change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Analytics does not load before acceptance. Declining does not affect forms, chat, or travel support. Your cookie choice is saved in this browser. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already processed. Information not collected through public forms

Do not enter payment-card numbers, bank information, account passwords, one-time verification codes, passport images or numbers, government identification images, or detailed medical records in a public form, chatbot, or ordinary email. When sensitive information is genuinely needed, Deezy Travel will direct you to an approved secure supplier or payment process.

How information is used

• Respond to questions and provide requested travel research, comparisons, quotes, and support.
• Match related submissions to the correct traveler and maintain an organized service record.
• Send confirmations, follow-up questions, discovery-call information, and other service communications.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and business workflow.
• Meet legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.
• Publish a travel story, name, image, or itinerary detail only when the traveler has given the applicable permission.

When information may be shared

Deezy Travel may share only the information reasonably needed with hosting, email, form-processing, storage, security, professional-service, and travel suppliers that support the requested service. Travel details may be shared with a supplier when you ask Deezy Travel to research or book that supplier’s service, or when you otherwise authorize the sharing. Deezy Travel does not sell personal information for money.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, active service, business records, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. Administrative tools use access controls and sensitive payment data stays outside the public website workflow. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, but Deezy Travel uses reasonable safeguards and reviews access as the system grows.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information Deezy Travel controls, or withdraw a permission for future use. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or transaction purposes. Send requests to Lanndhese@deezytravel.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Identity may need to be reasonably verified before a request is completed.

Children and third-party links

The public website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should provide travel details for minors. Links to airlines, hotels, tour companies, self-booking services, social platforms, and other third parties are governed by those companies’ practices, not this policy.

Updates

The effective date will change when this policy is materially updated. Important changes may also be highlighted on the website or in direct communications when appropriate.
